Shipping policy

Processing & Delivery We process and pack all orders within 1–2 business days. Once your package leaves our facility, it typically arrives within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. As soon as your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Shipping Destinations At this time, we ship to the lower 48 states. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.

Address Errors & Returned Packages Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a delivery failure, we can either reship your order (additional shipping fees will apply) or provide a refund minus the original shipping costs.

Missing Packages If your tracking details show the package was delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors and your local mail carrier. Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund, but we will gladly help you figure out the best next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong items, please contact us right away at info@trinityblocks.com so we can make it right.
